Weigh Day...

After a week of 100% on plan Red days and writing EVERYTHING down, I have been to my group and the results are in.....

Drumroll please......

I have lost an awesome 4.5lb!! 

I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred everyday, I swam a mile on Sunday and went to Aquacise on Wednesday, I'm so happy - I guess all my hard work paid off!!

I'm going to stick with red days this week, see if I can go for another good loss... Never know, I might make slimmer of the week next week!!x
