This weekend...

“If you had a bunch of 7 glorious roses and 2 wilted and dropped their petals you wouldn’t throw the whole bunch away, so why is it any different with dieting – just because you’ve had a bad day or two don’t throw away the whole week”

This weekend has been a bad one! And I don’t know if there is any coming back from it!! LOL!
Saturday – we were out nearly all day from 9am on Saturday... I started off well with a peanut hifi and a banana before we went out.... then followed it up with a bacon and cheese roll for elevensies. We had an hour window in our day at about half 1 where we had to wait around, well, it was lunchtime – so I suggested the Slimming World friendly Harvester!! I filled my bowl with syn free salad and looked at the healthy options for dinner..... and then ordered the triple chicken with chips followed by profiteroles!!!
GRRRRRR!!
Sunday – went for my usual mile swim and then spent the WHOLE day deep cleaning the house (think of all that body magic!!)... half 5 came and we were tired and hungry – “and we couldn’t possibly make the kitchen or any plates or pans dirty after spending all day cleaning them!!” – so we went and got pizza...and garlic bread... and ben and jerrys. 

When I am on plan I am on it like a beast – however, when I fall from the wagon I fall HARD!!!
Still, it’s a new day and I still have 4 days til weigh in. I’m focused and prepared. I just hope I haven’t done toooooo much damage!!!
