More Chubby Bunny than Slinky Minx this week!


Unbelievable!!
I really thought I could bring it back after my bad food weekend – apparently not! Monday and Tuesday were take-out nights!! So angry with myself!!! Both days started with the best of intentions...100% on plan for breakfast and lunch, it’s just when I got home the will power was sucked out of me!!!

I was in my workout stuff, ready to do 30 Day Shred – the DVD was in the player!!! The suggestion of takeout and I turned the DVD off, got changed and drove to pick up our deliciously filthy dinner! GRRRR!!!

When I have fallen from the wagon before I would usually write the week off until after weigh day, convincing myself that it wouldn’t be worth trying to claw back onto the wagon until it was a ‘fresh week’. I would also bunk off from that weeks weigh in, in denial and unwilling to see the weight I had gained.

NOT THIS TIME!!!

I am fully aware that I will have put on the 4.5 (and possibly more) that I lost last week... but at least if I weigh then everything counts towards a loss the following week! If I skipped class I would have to work my bum off to lose whatever I gain just to get a maintain!! (If that makes sense!)

Also, I have 2 weeks A/L booked from SW after this week’s weigh in so if I don’t go this week I know I will just say f**k it to being on plan for the next few weeks!!

The SW Fakeaway book came out this week so am going to pick up my copy, along with 3 weeks supply of hifis, on Thursday. The weekly shop turned up last night so our fridge is looking like a SW dream!! Gonna stick to RED days this week and make sure I write down EVERYTHING!

I got my focused face on, I have planned, I am prepared, and I am ready to loose weight!!!
