Sticky pork... Or chicken... Or turkey!!

This is one of my favourite recipes!! It feeds 2 - 4 people depending on how much meat you use.
As the post title suggests, this works with any meat really! It's super simple, quick and easy!!

Ingredients:
3 tbsp runny honey (7.5 syns)
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

lean cubed meat of your choice

Put in a bowl and mix the above well so the honey thins and mixes in with the soy and vinegar.
Marinate your meat in this sauce for a couple of hours in the fridge. (But if you don't have time for that, don't worry about it!)

Put the meat and sauce into a frying pan and cook on high. The liquid will start to boil - keep stirring.

The secret to this dish is patience. The liquid WILL get thicker, just keep stirring it!! You will be able to pull the spoon through the sauce and leave a little gap behind. Keep going-it's not done yet!

Once the sauce darkens and gets to a rich, sticky, goo that is chocolate brown in colour your about ready. Take it off the heat now otherwise it will burn.
TIP: this goes from 'yum' to 'burnt' very quickly so be careful once it gets to the right colour & consistency.

Plate up with cous cous and a nice fresh salad an you got yourself a lush dinner!!!
