No one to blame but myself!

After a horrific week food wise I weighed last night and gained 4lb back of the 4.5lb I lost the previous week. Taking a positive slant on it though – over the past 2 weeks I have lost 1/2lb!!

I have booked the next 2 weeks as holiday from SW so have May 1st to lose a decent amount of weight. I want to lose 4 for next week’s unofficial home weigh so at least I’m back to where I was!

Going to do another (hardcore focused) week on RED and then switch back to Extra Easy – I will be off work too and we have an abundance of potatoes, pasta and cous cous at home so I think extra easy is the way forward!

I bought the Fakeaway book from class last night and I am SUPER tempted to do a week of fakeaways!!! Might do that during my time off work! The currys look amazing – as does the doner kebab! I also found a recipe online for fake KFC that uses cous cous as the crusty coating! Will DEFFO be trying that!!

Anyway, enough rambling,  here goes for a 100% on plan week!

no noodles for me on a Red day - what you see with my stirfry there is grated cauliflower... thats right - grated cauliflower!!! super easy and suprisingly nice!!!

not really a recipe but heres how you do it - grate 1/2 cauliflower head per person, cover and microwave for 5 minutes. thats it!! YUM!
