Line drawn...

Its hard atm - I had a large thigh tattoo done last week and cant go swimming until its healed and cant really do any energetic exercise as the skin is still so tight! I have to have another sitting in a few weeks too so exercising doesn't really look like its going to happen anytime soon :(
I knew this was coming so booked a few weeks off SW to let the swelling go down and had every intention of being extra good so when I went back I would have an AMAZING loss... Apparently I can't have time away from slimming world! Not weighing in weekly means there is no 'pressure' to stay on plan!!

This week has been a bad one food wise so I am drawing a line and starting afresh!! after the dinners we have had I am actually looking forward to some fruit and veg!! line drawn, back on plan.

Thursday - extra easy

Milk for tea/coffee (hea)
2x brown toast (heb)
2x poached eggs, mushrooms
1 tbsp BBQ sauce (1 syn)

Fruit salad, yoghurt 

Chow mein (1 syn) egg noodles
Curly wurly (6 syns)

Total syns - 8 (gotta make up for the millions I have consumed over the past week!!)
