4.5 syns worth of pasta!!
Ive adapted most of our meals quite well from EE to make them less syn-ful on Red, I did stir fry without the noodles, made a lasagne with only 8 pasta sheets (6 syns a portion) - I would usually have used the entire box! We did have SW Mac and Cheese on the menu this week... before I worked out that a portion of the deliciously scrummy gooeyness would be a WHOPPING 13.5 syns + HeX A!! needless to say we will be saving that one for a EE week where it is 0 syns + HeX A!! LOL!
I can see the RED being super easy when it properly gets to summer - those BBQs will be a blast with all the lean meat and salad! For the time being I am re-syning all my 'Ol Faithfuls (chili con carne has syns in it!!!!) and discovering some lovely new dinner ideas!
Anyway - I've put the Pork joint in the oven with my 230g Jacket potato, I'm off to do day 4 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred! (check it out if you haven't already - 20 mins a day for 30 days!!! not for the faint hearted but hey - its over in 20 mins and the results are visible within the 1st week!!)
