A week of Red days

For the past 2 years I have been following the Extra Easy slimming world plan. Since January, well, if I'm honest with myself it's been since November last year, I have been struggling with sticking to the plan, I lost 4 stone with Extra Easy, so I know it works, but I think the freedom of not weighing and not counting is what I'm having issues with now. 

I looked into Red and Green days for a bit of a change and like the idea of having to weigh and keep track if carbs and protein. I've chosen to do this week as RED days.

Today's nibbles:


The only thing that has changed really is on EE I would usually have 1/2 cup of cous cous with my salad.... Red days mean syning carbs (or using them as HeX B)..... yesterday I brought in 25g of dry cous cous and when it was made up it was only about 3 spoonfuls. NOT worth the 4.5 syns on Red!!! Hence the eggs today!!

Im feeling focused and super positive about the week ahead and I'm looking forward to having 2 x HeX Bs a day!! I could have toast AND a sandwich..... EVERYDAY if I wanted to!! God I've missed bread! Lol!!! Didn't really eat it on EE as I didn't think it was worth the syns - gonna enjoy this week! Xx
