Last month was an emotionally stressful one for me – it’s one of the reasons I was MIA from my blog. My Gran died at the beginning of the month, I was (and still am) devastated. All diet related thinking and reasoning went out of the window. I turned to comfort eating and stuffed my face with take outs and Ben & Jerrys. (Neither of which helped ease my grief!)
That being said, stress had a weird effect on me and I actually lost weight! Not that it matters...
I decided that with everything that had happened I was finally going to OFFICIALLY start again. I had let the pre wedding loss creep ever so slowly back on and had gotten into some really bad habits. So, on the 25th of Feb I rejoined Slimming World.
I am on ‘Project Pregnancy’ now – I need to lose weight and get myself into shape for hopefully falling pregnant later in the year. I am focused and motivated... and plan on losing 8lb this month!
