Week 3 and I have had a loss!! Last night I went to weigh in expecting a gain - it’s been that time of the month and all I wanted was chocolate... I gave in and scoffed a large Easter egg – but I stepped on that scales and I lost 1lb!!! WOOOO!!! Lucky loss I guess.
It has put me in a good place mentally though and I am going to give it 100% this week... with some exercise thrown in too... I have a 5k walk planned with a friend on Saturday (hopefully this will blossom into a weekly routine) and I am going to get my bum in gear and go back swimming. I may even throw a few Jillian Michaels workouts in there too! Get me!!!
