My easiest time on SW is when I am at work. I take all my food in rather than buying from the canteen so I know there is nothing else I can graze on...unless its someone’s birthday – then it’s like a bloody explosion in a cake factory... cookies, cake and sweets everywhere!! Sometimes I hate working in an office!!!
Anyway – usually my breakfast, snacks and lunch looks something like this:
Breakfast : overnight oats – HeB (oats, frozen fruit and 1 x fat free yog) and a banana
Snacks : Hifi/Alpen light bar (3), 1 x piece of fruit
Lunch : ½ cup of cous cous, salad, protein (either ham or egg usually)
Fat free yogurt, 2 pieces of fruit
I drink alot of tea at work – I’m somewhat of a teapot... would have a cup constantly on the go if I could!! I am slowly moving on to drinking hot sugar free squash though – still syn free and refreshing but saving all my HeA!!
I don’t tend to vary what I have for lunch. It does get a bit boring. Maybe I’ll see if I can do a week of different lunches!!
