Unofficial 2lb gain...

Well, its weigh day again and I can’t make it to group. I have another session of colouring on my tattoo. Oh well. According to my scales – which, 99% of the time runs at ‘SW scales+1/2lb’ – I have put on 2lb this week. I’m not really ok with it, but its self inflicted so I can’t complain. I’ve been super good this week up until after dinner... then apparently its ok to have a cornetto for pudding... every night!!

My parents have also been over for a week (they live abroad) and they popped over for something to eat – they came over super early so dinner was a tough one(me and hubs eat about 8ish) so I ended up making ‘tea’ - ham and cheese rolls with some cake. I had EVERY intention of not having any and then eating something proper once they had left... 5 hours later and plans changed slightly. Kind of glad I did eat them – it was gone 10 when they left – FAR too late to start making dinner!!

I feel like I’m in a rut at the moment, I haven’t exercised properly in over 5 weeks... and after tonight I have another 3-4 weeks of no swimming, at least 2 weeks of no 30 day shred DVD... I feel so flabby. *sigh*

ANYWAY – enough of the pity party...

I have planned our meals and on the board this week we have:

Maggi so Juicy Balti chicken, rice, broccoli and cauliflower
Homemade pizza (warburtons square base), huge salad and wedges
Sausage rolls, and salad
SW friendly KFC, chips, coleslaw and sweetcorn
Bacon pasta
Chilli con carne and rice

Yum!
