I've been a bit quiet I guess, weighed in last week and gained 5.5lb. (That's including the unofficial 2 I gained the week before) I wasn't happy about it but knew it was 100% my fault.
Anyway, I threw myself back into eating properly and lost a whopping 5lb this week!! Wooop!!
We haven't had a 'naughty night' dinner this week as we would normally do it on a Thursday after weigh day and this week we have a wedding to go to on Saturday. I know I bloat horribly after takeaways so we are going wait until after we get back.
Supper happy and my back has stopped hurting again! Yay! It's amazing what a difference a few pounds can make.
One of my favourite dinners this week has been the syn free KFC chicken. It uses cous cous - here's the recipe.
