1st week of mentally starting again - Bank holiday was a bit of a struggle – I’m gonna admit it, bank holiday take away happened. Battered sausage and chips with a big ‘ol gerkin. (at least I got some free food in there!) Regretted it the second I finished that last chip. It’s getting to the point where I am enjoying takeaways less and less. The next day I feel terrible!! I don’t sleep properly, my skin is so greasy, I have stomach pains and I generally feel lethargic and crap. Why do I do it to myself!?!
Anyway – I went to weigh in last night and......................I LOST 2LB!!! Super happy with that!
I have also been pondering about what I can use as a long(ish) term aim – I have a few weddings to attend this year but they are all quite soon... so I finally thought of one that gives me enough time to do some PROPER slimming... one that has been staring me in the face for AGES! My birthday! I am 30 this November!
Ive been ‘plus size’ (over size 18) since I can remember. Even as a young teenager I can remember standing in a clothes store with my mates, trying to squeeze into a size 16 skirt and it not sitting right because it was too small.
SO, I want to be a size 16 and rock a GORGEOUS dress for my 30th birthday. at the moment I would say I am a 20/22, so this is MORE than achievable!
Overall, a FAB 1st week! 2lb down and new aim set. Feeling super positive for the weeks ahead!
