Tuesday and Wednesday...

Tuesday always feels so far away from Thursday!! Looking back at weeks where I have fallen from the wagon it tends to be on a Monday or Tuesday where we end up going for a takeout.

Anyway – I got through Tuesday with no slip ups and now its Wednesday. 

 

Tuesday:

B: Overnight Oats

L: Cous cous, fruit salad, yogurt

D: Mushy Pea Curry and rice

Snacks: hifi (3), apple, orange, nectarine, cornetto (8.5)

HEA & HEB: 35g oats, milk for tea

Total Syns: 11

Exercise  - walk to cinema and back – 1 mile

 

 Recipe for mushy pea curry - it was delish!! (I didn't blend the fried veg - though think I will next time!)


Wednesday:

B: banana, hifi

L: crabstick cous cous, mixed salad, fruit salad, 2 x yogurts

Snacks: apple, orange, hifi

HEA & HEB: 2 x hifi, milk for tea

Total Syns: ???


Well - there was a change of plan... I'm feeling like shit so decided to go to a different class and weigh in 2nite and have some good old fashioned greasy comfort food for dinner.

I lost 4 lb!! Yay!! Almost all of what I gained last week! 

Here's to another week if 100% focus and stayin on plan!! Hoping I can get another biggish loss to get me sliding down the scales again.
