For fucks sake...

right – 5 lb gain over 2 weeks. This needs to stop NOW!!

The 1st week I gained ½... and got off lightly to be honest! This week I put on a whopping 4.5lb – we went to a wedding on Friday and then between then and Thursday had 3 takeaways... including fish and chips THE NIGHT BEFORE weigh in!!! not really surprised with the heffer amount I put on!!! 

Anyway – new week, new focus. I am going to try and take pics of every meal and collage them as daily pics of what I am eating. Guess that means I am aiming to post every day this week – LOL!!

Starting with today –
B: overnight oats, banana
L: Rice salad with broccoli and sweetcorn, paprika turkey (1 syn), large fruit salad, yogurt
D: Pork loin chops, Jacket potato, mushrooms, courgette and sweetcorn
Snacks: 3 x hifi bar (9 syns), apple, orange, curly wurly (6 syns)
HEA & HEB Milk in Tea, 30g porridge oats


I had to take a pic of hubbys dinner in his lunchbox as I scoffed mine before I remembered to take a snap!! 
Total Syns: 16
Exercise – swim: 50 lengths
