Saturday:
B: yogurt and nectarine
L: 3 x just roll croissants and butter
D: 1 x tesco stone baked pepperoni pizza
Snacks: 2 x choc chip cookies, large bag of revels
HEA & HEB: nope, nope.
Total Syns: I hate to think...
Exercise – nope.
Today is another story though - (still not taken pics of everything)
Sunday:
B: nothing (eeeep)
L: homemade egg fried rice
D: SW buffalo chicken mac and cheese
Snacks: 2 x Jaffa cakes (5syns) lovely jubbly (1syn) milk in tea (2syns)
HEA & HEB: cheese, 2xhifi
Total Syns: 8
Exercise – 60 lengths swim
The buffalo mac and cheese is adapted from a yummy sounding highly calorific recipe I found online. This version feeds 4 and is free on EE (or 6 syns if not using the cheese as healthy extra) YUM!!
