New recipe...

Hubby has always, and will always, love his mums cooking... So when we got home the other night and he saw her making 'tuna supreme' he went nuts and wouldn't stop talking about it.

Anyone who knows me knows I wouldn't eat tuna if you paid me (looks and smells like cat food!) so I agreed to make it with chivken instead.

So here goes: 

Chicken Supreme

1 onion, chopped
1 pepper, chopped
Chicken, chopped
1 can Campbell's reduces fat vondensed mushroom soup (7 syns)
Splash of water.
Salt and pepper

-Put chopped veg in casserole dish, add chicken, water and soup.
-Mix
-Put in oven for 20-25 mins (or longer if your using whole chicken breasts)
-Take out, enjoy.


Easy peasey, lemon squeezey.
It was DELISH!! Made 2 HUGE portions - probably 3-4 if your not a hungry piggy like me... But you know what, for 3.5 syns I would HAPPILY scoff down half of it again!!


We enjoyed it with cous cous and broccoli.

Super easy, will DEFFO be cooking again!
