I didn't, I only lost 1lb. I know, I know - there's no 'only' about it - 1lb-2lb is a good steady loss - better off than on - blah blah blah.
Just wanna be loosing more than 1lb a week, that's all.
Anyway - I've been eatin my way though a box of ice pops coz it's so hot... I haven't even looked to see the syns! Ok ooops.
I've started swimming again now my back is allowing me to move! That should help with the weight loss - thinking of starting Pilates too!
Anyway, off for our naughty night dinner... Pizza and ice cream!! YUM!!
