Lost 1/2lb last week, though clearing the freezer was easier than I thought!! Got quite creAtive with the ingredients!!
This week had been a toughie - had a friends 30th at the weekend, which meant drinking... And hangover food. Wasn't too bad, did a fry up that was MOSTLY SW friendly. The hash browns and french bread were definitely NOT on plan though :) nor was the SLAB of chocolate truffle birthday cake our friend gave us. Enjoyed it though so that's the main thing!!!
Back on plan til Thursday and fingers crossed I haven't done too much damage!!
Having BBQ PULLED GAMMON AND SPICED WEDGES 2nite - the BBQ sauce is AMAZING!!!!
1 onion
1 tsp mild chili powder
500g carton passata
6 tbsp sweetener
8 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard powder
Ground black pepper
Sauté onion with chili powder on low for about 5 mins.
Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins until thickened.
DONE!!! And a syn free!!!!
Now either dip yummy things in it or pour over some meat and cook!!! Mine is currently over a joint of gammon in the slow cooker. YUM!!!
